Landhaus Bacher To Go.
When Lisl Wagner Bacher isn’t writing cookbooks or spending time with her grandchildren, she’s cooking. In summer it’s apricot jam, in autumn plums, and all year round delicious sauces and the essential stocks that form the foundation of great cuisine.
Landhaus Bacher for Your Home.
When Lisl Wagner-Bacher isn't writing cookbooks or spending time with her grandchildren, she's cooking. In summer, she makes apricot jam; in autumn, plum preserves; and throughout the year, she prepares delicious sauces and the rich stocks that form the essential foundation of great cuisine. These hallmarks of exceptional culinary craftsmanship are, of course, available to enjoy in our restaurant and can also be purchased through our online shop. Also available are our carefully selected spices and, naturally, the legendary homemade green walnut liqueur.
Our cooking classes take place in groups of at least 4 and a maximum of 6 participants and are held exclusively in German.

Cooking Courses.
Hardly anyone cooks so well that they couldn’t still pick up a few tricks and techniques in a cooking class with Lisl Wagner Bacher and Thomas Dorfer. Even the freshest beginner at the stove benefits from Lisl’s many years of experience as a television chef and cookbook author. And there is hardly anyone who wouldn’t discover something new in Thomas’s knowledge of contemporary cooking techniques. The motto is: good cooking, simply explained. Seasonal vegetables, fish, and of course everything about sauces and soups are frequent highlights. Our cooking classes can also be booked for groups – because cooking together brings people together, perhaps even more than a survival camp or a canyoning trip.
After a warm welcome and a short talk about our philosophy, our passion, and the plan for the day, you become part of our great team. We guide you from station to station and prepare together for a relaxed three-course lunch. After a short break, the afternoon continues with an in-depth focus on vegetable cuisine, along with further helpful tips for cooking at home and the individual steps leading up to the evening menu. The perfect conclusion to a successful day in our kitchen is an elegant five-course dinner with wine pairing.
